Journey Flowers

The picture on the website was great and was more of an arraingment. Looks like they stopped at Fry's picked up the flowers and delivered them although Fry's flowers last a while, these were dead in three days. P.S. $126.00 total and they even forgot the Happy Birthday balloon. Sent two emails with no response. Don't bother with this place.

We did not receive the flower arrangement that was purchased and advertised. I am shocked that this bouquet was delivered to a paying customer. *** ALSO NEVER HEARD BACK FROM COMPANY AFTER CALLS/ REVIEWS.*** STILL HAVENT AFTER A WEEK........ We ordered the Cupid’s Arrow arrangement, which is described on your website as including pink roses, creamy lisianthus, lush red alstroemeria, and more, arranged in a charming bubble bowl vase. What we received was one old, withered pink rose, with none of the other flowers listed in the description. The filler flowers and leaves included were already browning and wilting. The arrangement looked sloppy, unprofessional, and nothing like the photos or description on your website. This is extremely disappointing, and we did not receive what we paid for.

Extremely disappointed with Journey Flowers. We paid $94 for a bouquet that looked nothing like what was advertised—different flowers and a sloppy, unprofessional arrangement (photos attached). When we raised the issue, the only resolution offered was a 40% discount. Would not recommend.

These flowers were delivered yesterday. They are already dying! Absolutely the worst flowers and candy (5) pieces! Don’t waste your money.

I'm guessing this is a new location in Scottsdale. It was the first time I did business with them, and I am very pleased with all aspects. The flowers were beautiful, fresh, and delivered lightning fast. Considering how expensive flower can be, I was very happy with the cost on my arrangement. I will be doing business with them again in the future.
